In order to provide better service to our clients, we offer the possibility of obtaining a mortgage loan for the purchase of apartments in Sunny Holiday. The mortgage is offered by DSK bank – one of the largest and most respectable banks in Bulgaria. The loan is available only for UK and Irish citizens and we recommend the UK-based Bulgarian Home Loans as an agent.
The general terms are as follows. The loan has maturity from 5 to 20 years. The maximum amount of the loan is 200, 000 Euro. The bank requires 30% down-payment at the signing of the preliminary contract. The interest rate is competitive vis-a-vis the credit market in Bulgaria. To qualify for a loan using a Bulgarian property as collateral you have to be approved by Bulgarian Home Loans.
